SITE ADMIN -CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team

Maintain and organize all site documentation, records, and correspondence

Prepare and manage daily reports, attendance records, and manpower logs

Coordinate document control including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with contractors, consultants, and suppliers

Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for project documentation

Track material deliveries, site requests, and inventory records

Assist in preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates

Manage timesheets, leave records, and site staff documentation

Coordinate site office requirements including stationery, equipment, and supplies

Support HR and procurement departments with site-related documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Administrator in construction projects

Strong knowledge of document control and site administration procedures

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Ability to work under pressure in a site environment.
