Site Architect

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Architect to join our dynamic team for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design or technical issues.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design intent and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in site supervision (preferably in [residential/commercial/government] projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and finishing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• UAE Society of Engineers registration / Municipality approval – an advantage.
