Nad Al Shiba Engineering Consultants is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy firm based in Dubai, providing high-quality architectural, structural, and MEP design and supervision services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Architect with 10–15 years of experience in the UAE to join our supervision team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural site supervision, coordination, and quality control for large-scale building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Ensure architectural finishes and detailing are executed to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on progress and compliance.
• Provide design clarifications and ensure alignment between architectural and MEP/structural disciplines.
• Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of UAE experience in architectural site supervision (preferably with consultancy firms).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
