Site Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines (structural, MEP) to resolve site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and quality reports.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with project schedule and quality requirements.
• Monitor finishing works (blockwork, plaster, tiling, ceilings, joinery, façade, etc.) and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing standards.
• Experience in large-scale building projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use).
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and international standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
