Site Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Site Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural aspects on-site, ensuring that projects are executed according to design, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities related to architectural works.
• Ensure design intent, specifications, and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address design and site-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Architect, preferably on high-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
