Job Description
Federal Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Architectural Technical Engineer to oversee site activities in high-end residential and hotel building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, compliance with project specifications, and manage architectural design implementation on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural site operations, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee technical inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage timelines and provide solutions for architectural challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Dubai.
• Proven track record in residential and hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards and Dubai building regulation
• At least 5 years of UAE experience, specifically on residential, hotel, or high/medium-rise developments.
• Experience working in a Consulting or Contracting Firm.
