Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure the delivery of perfect orders from the kitchen to the consumers ● Managing the day-to-day operations of the shared kitchens at the highest standard ● Ensure restaurant partners/vendors order preparation time and rider to customer delivery time is fully optimised ● Ensure shared kitchens health & safety standards, site hygiene and licensing are maintained and compliant with SFA measures ● Improving our restaurant partners kitchen operational effi ciency ● Improving site effi ciency and reducing site operational costs for the entire network of kitchens. ● Conduct the Food safety Audit on a daily basis. ● To be a creative problem solver and able to perform root cause analysis.
Requirements: ● Inter or Bachelors, kitchen operations or related fields ● 1-3 years of management experience in multi-site restaurant operations with a high focus on high volumes or production and food delivery ● Proven record of experience in managing a team ● Exceptional communication and organizational skills ● Self-learner mentality ● Ability to work in a fast-paced an
