Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager with at least 08 years of experience in the accounting, finance, consulting, and advisory industry. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client portfolios, ensure seamless onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage resources effectively, drive team development, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and oversee accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Oversee bookkeeping, Payroll, accounting, and tax projects across multiple international clients (simple to complex cases).
-Manage client portfolios, build strong client relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality service.
-Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transition and alignment with firm processes.
-Allocate resources efficiently across teams and projects to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
-Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing and collaborative culture.
-Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution.-Develop and implement internal strategies for continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
-Collaborate with leadership on business development, advisory services, and long-term client strategy.
-Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
-Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounts or Finance field.
-ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory).
Experience and Skills:
-Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or advisory, plus experience in a managerial role.
-Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading multi-functional teams.
-Demonstrated ability to manage operations, allocate resources, and deliver results.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
-Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
-Client-focused mindset with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
-Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero or similar).
