Assistant Sales Manager - Plastics and Polymers

Responsibilities:

• Achieving Target Sales by developing Sales strategies, set targets, and allocate tasks to the sales team while ensuring good performance standards.
• Deal with suppliers, principals and major customer accounts while maintaining general customer relations.
• Collect customer feedback, conduct market research and stay updated on products, competitors and business oppurtunities.
• Represent the Company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events to maximize new business development.
• Compile and analyse sales figures, reports on departmental performance and contribute to efficient departmental operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
