Job Title: Territory Accountant cum Audit Officer

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accounts of all assigned parties/dealers.

Prepare, verify, and manage invoices on a daily basis.

Conduct audits of parties, shops, and dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prepare and submit daily financial and audit reports.

Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Report directly to the Chief Accountant with timely updates.

Identify discrepancies, highlight risks, and suggest corrective measures.

Ensure smooth financial operations within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit (preferably in retail or FMCG).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred).

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel within Karachi territory for shop/dealer audits.
