Job Description

SHB Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing construction operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in execution — particularly in luxury villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Provide technical solutions for structural modifications and extensions as per project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of finishing and detailing, especially for luxury villa projects.
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings (DWG) and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
• Prepare site progress reports and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Efficiently manage labor, materials, and site logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE or Gulf experience in civil/site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, computer applications, and site management.
• Experience working on luxury villa projects is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of structural and finishing details.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Must be currently inside UAE and available for immediate joining.
