Site Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with proven experience in Dubai to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the Dubai Municipality (DM) licensing requirements, including a minimum of 3-4 years of engineering experience within Dubai, to contribute to infrastructure and building projects across the Emirate.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction works in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
• Prepare design drawings, technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for DM submissions and permit approvals.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (from a recognized university).
• Minimum 3 years of engineering work experience in Dubai (mandatory for DM exam eligibility).
• Prior experience with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Solid knowledge of local construction codes, DM regulations, and UAE standards.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
