Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with a strong background in TAQA, ADNOC, DEWA, and FEWA projects to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to civil works
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and ADNOC/TAQA standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
• Review method statements, ITPs, and material submittals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of site experience, specifically on TAQA and ADNOC projects
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC codes, standards, and procedures
• Proven experience in infrastructure/building/industrial projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation

Preferred Skills:

• ADNOC-approved or experienced with ADNOC approval processes
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with QA/QC and HSE documentation
