Position: Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

The role requires hands-on site management, coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with municipality regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports .
• Ensure quality control of structural works, finishing works, and installations in accordance with project requirements.
• Implement and monitor health and safety standards on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and verify that construction activities comply with approved plans and municipality regulations.
• Review and assist with shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals .
• Support in quantity take-offs, material planning, and coordination with procurement teams .
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration with civil works.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues efficiently to avoid delays.
• Ensure proper documentation and records for inspections, approvals, and site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders will not be considered).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE , specifically in villa, townhouse, or residential building construction projects .
• Umm Al Quwain Municipality G+1 Approved Card is required.
• Candidates without the approval must be willing to appear for the UAQ Municipality G+1 exam .
• Strong knowledge of:

- Structural construction works

- Interior finishing works

- MEP coordination

- Site execution and management

• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and construction standards .
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project coordination tools .
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to manage multiple site tasks and meet tight deadlines .
• UAE driving license preferred .
