Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fit Out Projects

About the Role:

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our team on fit out projects in Abu Dhabi. The right candidate will have solid site experience, a strong understanding of fit out works, the ability to manage subcontractors, and good technical skills in AutoCAD and quantity take-off.

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Supervise and manage all civil and fit out works on-site

∙ Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery

∙ Coordinate with the consultant for site inspections and follow up on approvals

∙ Prepare and take off material quantities for fit out works accurately

∙ Use AutoCAD to review, interpret, and markup drawings as required

∙ Review shop drawings and material submittals

∙ Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager

∙ Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, safety standards, and project specifications

∙ Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly

Requirements:

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

∙ Minimum 1 year of experience in fit out projects in the UAE

∙ Proven experience managing subcontractors on-site

∙ Good knowledge of AutoCAD (reading and drafting drawings)

∙ Experience in material quantity take-off

∙ Experience coordinating with consultants for inspections and approvals

∙ Familiarity with fit out finishes, materials, and MEP coordination

∙ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

∙ Currently based in the UAE or available to relocate to Abu Dhabi
