Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer - Civil to join our team for high-rise residential towers and luxury villas developments in the Middle East region. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with project management, have worked in leading construction environments, and possess strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available on time.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
• Coordination with the plant / Workshop regarding equipment and machinery.
• Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitoring all site activities and make sure all done by specification.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the management.
• Attending site meetings with the consultant and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all works are as per safety requirements.
• Studying the drawings and trying to come with time plan to discuss with manager.
• Ensuring quality of the works.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil site Management and execution.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage the given projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods and materials.
