Site Civil Engineer/ Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, Organize, and direct activities concerned with the site.
• Ensure the work scope is well defined.
• Monitoring site activities.
• Manage projects of Villas and Townhouses independently
• Managing both internal and external risks within the project lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in site execution within the UAE (preferably with DDA / DM or master developer projects).
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding of civil works such as concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.
• Well knowledge of authority standards (DDA, DM, DEWA, RTA) preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and learn project procedures.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately or within short notice
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage, not mandatory).
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to grow within the company.
