1. Key Responsibilities1. Surveying &amp; Site Measurements<ul><li>Conduct topographic, boundary, and setting-out surveys using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.</li></ul>2. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, local municipality standards, and EHS regulations.</li><li>Adhere to site safety procedures and actively participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.</li><li>Immediately report any discrepancies, obstructions, or unsafe conditions to the management.</li><li>Establish horizontal and vertical control points for site works.</li><li>Prepare as-built and layout drawings as required for project documentation.</li><li>Verify dimensions, levels, and elevations to ensure alignment with approved design drawings.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry (infrastructure/building projects preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and AutoCAD software.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards and project documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person

Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents related to mechanical works.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and related systems.</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Prepare and review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project requirements, and safety standards.</li><li>Review subcontractor work progress, measurements, and payment applications.</li><li>Attend project meetings and provide technical support to project teams.</li><li>Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities of mechanical systems.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, reports, and records related to mechanical works.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in building construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP systems.</li><li>Experience in project execution, site supervision, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.</li><li>Familiarity with local authority requirements and construction standards.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.</li><li>Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or villa projects is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.</li><li>Register, track, and update incoming and outgoing documents in the document control system.</li><li>Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and distribution procedures are followed.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals.</li><li>Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals and responses.</li><li>Prepare and maintain document logs, transmittals, and project filing systems.</li><li>Archive completed project documents and ensure records are properly stored for future reference.</li><li>Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and project requirements.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports, project records, and handover documentation.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.</li><li>Support project teams with document retrieval and information management as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.</li><li>Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentWork Location: In person
