Job Responsibilities & Requirements – Civil Experience – Fit-Out & Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works in fit-out and construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Ensure estimates align with UAE regulations, industry standards, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, ADCDA, ADM etc.).
• Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Review and update cost databases for fit-out and construction MEP works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3-4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fit-out and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimation Software, and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must have UAE valid driving license
• ready to join immediately.
