Job Responsibilities & Requirements – Civil Experience – Fit-Out & Construction)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works in fit-out and construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing.
- Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements.
- Ensure estimates align with UAE regulations, industry standards, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, ADCDA, ADM etc.).
- Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Review and update cost databases for fit-out and construction MEP works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3-4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fit-out and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimation Software, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must have UAE valid driving license
- ready to join immediately.
