SITE CIVIL INSPECTOR

We are is seeking a qualified and detail-driven SAUDI NATIONAL - Site Civil Inspector to join our supervision team for an iconic project in Riyadh.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing project contract documents and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
Monitor and/or evaluate civil works’ tests as required.
Field checking installation and location of civil elements are being installed properly.
Monitor all civil installations to assure all the civil installations adhere to the construction documents and local Code requirements as applicable.
Inspect construction site and record the execution of work; assist in monitor progress against agreed program.
Conduct site inspections when required by senior civil engineer.
Coordinate with the contractor; liaise with other authorities.
Assist the senior site architect in reviewing shop drawings and review of “as-built” drawings along with all other technical submittals.

Job Requirements
Degree educated – Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
Eligible for GCC engineering membership.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
Knowledge in International and Regional Codes & Standards.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Previous experience of minimum 5 years as civil Inspector.
3 years minimum experience on a large-sized construction project.
