Job Summary: The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fabrication operations within the event management company. This role requires meticulous coordination with suppliers to ensure that all fabrication activities comply with the highest standards of safety and hazard regulations on-site. The Production/Fabrication Coordinator will also follow up on all technical requirements, ensuring they are met in a timely and efficient manner, and conduct rigorous quality control checks to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze client briefs to fully understand the scope of work for each event.
• Oversee and manage all fabrication activities, ensuring they align with project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure materials and production processes meet the required standards.
• Request and chase quotations from suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of all necessary services and materials.
• Ensure that all fabrication work adheres to safety and hazard regulations, both on-site and off-site.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers to ensure compliance with the projects technical and safety requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on all fabricated materials and structures to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Document and report any quality concerns to the project management team.
• Prepare and submit delivery notes and collect it from suppliers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the event planning process.
