As the
Site Document Controller
, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all documentation related to construction activities on-site. You will ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the flow of project documentation (incoming/outgoing) on Aconex or Procore.

Maintain an organized filing system (electronic and hard copy) for all site-related documents, drawings, reports, and correspondences.

Ensure version control and traceability of documents across all project stages.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate document submissions and approvals.

Track and follow up on document review cycles, RFIs, submittals, and other project communication.

Support site and project management teams by providing timely access to controlled documents.

Ensure compliance with project documentation protocols and company standards.
Requirements

6–10 years of experience
as a Document Controller, preferably on large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.

Prior experience working with a
Tier 1 organization
(developer, contractor, or consultant) is
mandatory
.

Proven expertise
in using
Aconex and/or Procore
for document control and project communication.

Strong understanding of construction documentation processes and workflows.
-
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
