• Monitor all SOPs, processes, systems, and software of the Installation Department.
• Ensure that drawing details are fully collected and that Kick-off, Recheck, and Installation are completed within the standard timeline and as per quality guidelines.
• Oversee the unloading and checking of furniture components at the site with proper care.
• Motivate, manage, and monitor the performance of department staff.
• Conduct technical training sessions.
• Monitor technicians daily productivity and revenue reports.
• Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory management of the field teams tools and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of field service technicians.
• Possess sufficient knowledge of Trace and Track Software specific to the interior industry.
