Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful completion of our interior fit-out projects, focusing on quality, efficiency, and seamless coordination across various teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site management, with a proven ability to overcome challenges and deliver projects on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drawing and Site Analysis: Examine drawings and site conditions to identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement the most effective strategies for timely work completion.

2. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the quality of work meets or exceeds established standards and specifications.

3. Inspections: Conduct inspections with consultants after site verification of tasks to ensure compliance and quality control.

4. Labor Management: Manage labor distribution for various activities, including painting, false ceiling installation, tiling, and protection, ensuring efficient use of resources.

5. Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless coordination among the fit-out, civil, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Resource Planning: Assess site capacity and determine manpower requisitions to meet project demands effectively.

7. Materials and Tools Management: Monitor the availability and usage of materials and tools required on-site, ensuring that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in site engineering within the interior fit-out industry is a must.

2. Nationality Requirement: Only candidates of Palestinian or Jordanian nationality are eligible to apply.

3. Strong knowledge of site management, construction processes, and quality standards.

4. Proven ability to solve complex site issues and deliver projects on time.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across different departments.
