Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.

• Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
• Check technical designs, drawings, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Manage resources efficiently including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Assist in preparing site measurements, BOQs, and cost monitoring.
• Handle site inspections and approvals as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
