Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on site experience and a solid foundation in civil engineering principles. The role involves working on-site to ensure that projects are executed as per design, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and design drawings.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement of required resources.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
• Assist in quality checks and inspections at various stages of the project.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to senior engineers or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant tools, software, and measurement instruments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential/commercial/institutional projects
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other construction-related software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
