Site Engineer

We are hiring a Site Engineer with a 2 years experience in FIT-OUT in the UAE to oversee fit-out projects, manage multiple sites, ensure quality and timely execution, and maintain effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Site and supervise on-site activities and labors, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site challenges and report progress to the project manager.
• Manage and oversee all phases of project progress; including planning, design coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.
• Coordinate with the office and with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, submittals, and Finishes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Managing material deliveries to the site.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
• Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting interior and architectural drawings. Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
• Strong Communication and team management skills.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, and finishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
