Site Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, site foremen, and other engineers to ensure timely execution.

* Monitor material deliveries, usage, and ensure proper installation.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, etc.).

* Raise RFI/WIR and assist in inspections with consultants.

Maintain site reports, daily progress reports (DPR), and update work schedules.

* Attend coordination meetings and support in resolving technical site issues.

* Ensure site is clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.

Job Specification and Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

* 3-5 years' experience in construction; minimum 2 years in UAE or GCC

* Knowledge of UAE authority standards (e.g., ADM, ADDC, DEWA)

* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation (WIR, RFI, MIR)

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

* Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

* Safety or authority-related certifications (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
