Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with hands-on experience in steel structure erection works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing steel erection activities at the site to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage steel structure erection works on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Assist in problem-solving, technical discussions, and decision-making related to site activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in steel erection works (mandatory).
• Civil engineering candidates may apply if capable of managing steel structure erection works.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural drawings and steel erection methods.
• Good leadership, communication, and site management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
