Site Supervisor (Interior Fit Out / Renovation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor with experience in interior fit out and renovation projects. The role involves overseeing on-site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit out and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Check drawings, materials, and workmanship to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Manage site workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Verify materials delivered against approved specifications.
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Maintain communication with clients/consultants for approvals and inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in interior fit out / renovation projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and site reporting tools.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
