Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2 years of experience in residential construction to join our team at Vagamon. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, managing daily site operations, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors.
• Track project progress and report to the project manager.
• Manage materials and site logistics.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in residential construction.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a plus.
