Vacancy for Full Time Site Engineer

A Dubai based construction firm is looking for hiring a Site Engineer.

** MANDATORY **

The applicant is required to have at least 3 years of experience in UAE and can join immediately.
The applicant must have a Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, and DM Accrediation (G+1).
Applicant must have Driving License and Vehicle.
Must have 3years experience in Residential/Luxury Projects

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects and ensuring that they comply with local building codes and regulations. They will also need to manage project budgets and timelines while coordinating the work of contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Having experience in Residential project and Fit-out Works
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit
• Project Management skills with experience in managing a team
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects is a must
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
