Site Engineer

Qualification: Btech/BE in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2-5 years of experience

Job Description:

• Supervise construction activities on site to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labourers, and equipment suppliers for daily work activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and manpower at the site.
• Monitor progress and report delays, bottlenecks, or deviations from plan.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and construction details accurately.
• Prepare and follow up on site work checklists, bar bending schedules (BBS), and quantity tracking.
• Identify and resolve site issues through effective coordination with consultants and the design team.
• Conduct quality inspections of works in progress and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Highlight any non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and site logs.
• Ensure implementation of safety measures and adherence to HSE regulations.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour deployment records, and material usage logs.
• Prepare work progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time on project site, may involve long hours and weekend work depending on project demands.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, physical site challenges, and working at height (when applicable

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
