Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in construction site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing on-site activities, ensuring timely execution and coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate installation activities at the construction site.

· Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

· Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

· Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.

· Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are maintained.

· Assist in resolving site-related technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision on Construction Site.

· Ability to read technical drawings and plans.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
