Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Multiplus Decoration Design and Fit-out. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects and be capable of managing site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings (AutoCAD, shop drawings).
• Ensure correct materials are available and used on-site as per specs.
• Monitor labor performance and site productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Solve on-site issues efficiently and report progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern fit-out techniques.
• Familiar with site documentation, BOQ, and quality control processes.
• Fluent in Hindi and Urdu; basic English communication is a plus.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
