Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure proper execution of work as per drawings and specifications, and maintain safety and quality standards. The candidate will act as the key link between the project office and on-site workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure work is carried out as per plans and schedule.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
• Ensure all site work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Maintain site reports, progress logs, and material consumption records.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project engineers for timely task completion.
• Identify on-site challenges and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Support in testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–6 years in site supervision or execution (construction/manufacturing projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of site safety, quality control, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in managing manpower and on-site resources.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,198.54 - ₹41,978.78 per month
