Role Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in commercial and residential construction. The candidate will oversee site activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate with contractors and architects, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for commercial and residential building projects.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, architectural plans, and BOQ for site execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress, maintain schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material usage records, and site instructions.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site.
• Ensure proper utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients and project managers for site updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 4 – 6 years of experience in commercial and residential building construction
• Knowledge of structural drawings, architectural drawings, and BOQ
• Strong understanding of site execution, construction materials, and methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site operations efficiently
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
