    Job Summary:

   Highly accomplished and safety-focused
   
    Civil Site Engineer
   
   with minimum 3 years to 5 years of specialized experience in large-scale
   
    renewable energy projects
   
   .

   A leader with ability to manage multiple contractors at sites.
  
- 
   Managed the end-to-end site construction of at least 20 wind turbine foundations, crane platforms, approach roads and other civil works for wind farm project across India.
  
- 
   Oversaw critical
   
    high-volume concrete pours
   
   (up to
   
    [e.g., 600 cubic meters]
   
   per foundation), coordinating material supply, mix design verification, slump testing, and cylinder break testing to meet
   
    Class A structural specifications.
   
- 
   Interfaced with the
   
    Geotechnical Consultant
   
   and client representatives to review site investigation reports and validate excavation depths and backfill compaction requirements.

   Excellent man-management skills.

    Responsibilities

   Managing the construction of
   
    wind turbine foundations, roads and other works at a wind and solar farm sites

   Proven expertise in complex
   
    geotechnical review

    concrete pouring and quality assurance (QA/QC)

   Heavy earthworks, and coordinating logistics for projects in challenging, remote environments.

   Managing contractors, planning, auditing, correcting and releasing site related corrections and contribute to the overall efficiency of the project.

   Preparing invoices, booking bills in ERP and leading a team below and training of the learners for future responsibilities.
  
- 
   Seeking to contribute technical leadership and operational excellence to POWERCON’s next generation of wind energy infrastructure.

   Geotechnical Report Interpretation, earthworks, ground Improvement and understanding the Design mix ratios and suggest corrections wherever required.

   Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office proficiency required.

    Qualifications

   Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil engineering.
  
- 
   Worked with reputed civil engineering companies in the industrial or project domains with extensive remote site experience.
  
- 
   Knowledge of English, Hindi and Kannada is must.

    Working conditions

   The work location is at Gadag in Karnataka.

   Frequent visits to various project sites.

   Should have own vehicle for emergency movements.
