Site Engineer

Job Title: Senior Site Engineer – Residential Projects

Location: Kottayam, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in residential building construction

Preferred Candidate: Local candidate with two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage residential construction sites in the Kottayam region. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors efficiently to meet timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in quantity estimation and verification of contractor bills.
• Handle client communications and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure timely procurement and utilization of materials.
• Travel to different project sites in and around Kottayam as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential building construction (villas, apartments, or individual houses).
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Mandatory: Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
