Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations on construction sites and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or a related field, and a proven track record of handling construction activities on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support project planning and scheduling functions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
