VGP Entertainment holds a diverse portfolio of attractions including VGP Universal Kingdom Theme Park, VGP Marine Kingdom Aquarium Theme Park, VGP Cyber Kingdom, VGP Playy Kingdom, Sea Thru Diner – Multicuisine Restaurant, and VGP Waghoba – The Barcade Game Center.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Site Engineer – Civil to oversee projects across all VGP Entertainment Centers, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction, interior works, and site execution across all VGP entertainment centers.
• Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works in coordination with specialized contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the creative agency for seamless project execution.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare work schedules, cost estimates, BOQs, and progress reports.
• Innovatively plan and execute structural and interior designs to enhance visitor experience.
• Monitor material procurement, vendor management, and ensure cost optimization.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, upgradation, and renovation activities.
• Provide technical input for project planning, design improvements, and innovative solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil site execution, interior works, and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, MEP services, electrical layouts, and structural works.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, creative teams, and contractors.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to deliver unique and engaging infrastructure solutions.
