Job Summary : The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating between various teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing technical guidance on site.
Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Execute and monitor all site activities as per project plans and drawings.
- Ensure work is carried out with quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor to meet daily targets.
- Verify and maintain daily site progress reports and work logs.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the project team, architects, consultants, and clients for smooth site operations.
- Communicate effectively with procurement and planning teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Attend site meetings and report progress, challenges, and deviations to management.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, test reports, and safety audits.
4. Measurement & Documentation
- Prepare quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and work measurement sheets.
- Verify contractor bills and assist in preparing site-related documentation.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and site correspondence.
5. Problem Solving & Technical Support
- Identify potential site issues and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of on-site challenges with minimal impact on timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (as applicable).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in site execution, preferably in Construction / Interior Fit out projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage time, resources, and teams effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

- Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Quality compliance and minimal rework.
- Safety record and incident-free operations.
- Client satisfaction and timely reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
