Role Overview

As a Site Engineer at Nestopia Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols are met. You’ll work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery and installation
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
• Resolve site-level issues and provide technical guidance when needed
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, material records, and labor logs
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards
• Assist in project handover and snag list resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in site execution for interior projects
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
