Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and manpower deployment.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare daily site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates.
• Assist in measurement and verification of work completed for billing purposes.
• Manage material inventory and ensure proper usage at the site.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in site execution (residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Other: Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,492.65 - ₹36,699.18 per month
