Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and execute waterproofing works as per project specifications and approved methods.

· Coordinate with clients, and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.

· Conduct site inspections, surface preparation checks, and quality control for all waterproofing applications.

· Ensure proper material usage and maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.

· Prepare site reports and update project status to the project manager.

· Handle on-site challenges, provide technical support, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

· Manage manpower and site schedules to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred)

· 0–3 years of experience in waterproofing, construction, or civil site supervision.

· Ability to read drawings and execute work as per technical specifications.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· Must be willing to travel to multiple sites as required.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
