Site Engineer

Only Interior Fit out experience candidates may apply.

UAE Driver's License is a must.

Skills:

• Able to communicate with external parties (Clients, designers, mall management etc.)
• Strong experience and understanding of interior décor, MEP works & Joinery works

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planning
• Client Coordinator
• Subcontractor Coordinator
• Subcontractor price negotiation
• Contribute to cost reduction activities and proper analysis of projects
• Drawing Analysis
• Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Approvals
• Manage the interior fit-out works for different sites, including décor, MEP works & Joinery works
• Manage site execution from mobilization to handover
• Instruct and guide site supervisors for all site execution works
• Order and follow up with procurement for site material orders
