Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong Site Engineer to supervise installation works, manage site activities, and support project delivery from start to finish. The role focuses primarily on operable partitions and toilet cubicles, and experience with these products is a significant advantage.

This is a predominantly site-based role, with occasional office responsibilities during periods without site activity. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1️. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise and coordinate installation works for:
• — Operable partitions— Toilet cubicles— GRP doors— Entrance mats— Raised access floors— Mirrors
• Manage day-to-day activities of installation teams.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer standards and project specifications.
• Perform snagging, rectification works, and final inspections.
• Maintain daily site reports and track project timelines.
• Supervise laborers and subcontracted manpower.

2️. Site Visits, Measurements & Assessments

• Conduct site inspections and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare site condition reports used for quotations.
• Identify installation challenges and propose solutions.

3️. Coordination With Contractors & Manufacturers

• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site engineers.
• Communicate technical queries to manufacturers and relay responses to the site team.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining a professional relationship with contractors.

4️. Logistics & Sample Handling

• Oversee the delivery of materials to site and verify quantities and condition.
• Transport and present physical samples to contractors or consultants when required.

5️. Office-Based Technical & Sales Support (when no site work)

• Assist in handling inquiries and preparing quotations.
• Support technical submittals, documentation, and drawing reviews.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD familiarity is an advantage).
• Experience with operable partitions and toilet cubicles is a strong plus.

• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently on-site.

Other Requirements

• UAE driving license required.
• Presentable and able to manage client-facing interactions.
• Due to the nature of site visits and physical site supervision, male candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physically able to work on active construction sites.
• Comfortable traveling frequently between sites.
