Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with experience in metal fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure site works comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Monitor material usage and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer (UAE experience).
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication practices, site management, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
