Site Engineer

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and approved materials.

2. Project Coordination:

• Work closely with Project Manager, Consultants, and Client representatives for approvals and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, inspection requests, and material delivery logs.
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams for material requirements.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and safety protocols on site.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or site issues and follow up for corrective action.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety standards.

4. Technical Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies to the engineering/consultant team.
• Assist in quantity takeoff, material calculation, and resource planning.
• Supervise installation work (civil/MEP as applicable) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain updated records of site activities, manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and update management on site status.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO700.000 - RO900.000 per month
