1. Role Summary

The Site Incharge is responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, safety compliance, and coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction/installation activities.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Monitor progress and ensure timelines are met.

• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical issues.

B. Quality Control

• Verify workmanship, materials, and engineering standards.

• Ensure compliance with company quality processes and client requirements.

• Maintain documentation of quality checks and site photographs.

C. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Supervise contractors, technicians, and labour teams.

• Allocate tasks and ensure productivity.

• Coordinate material delivery and usage at the site.

D. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory norms.

• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain safety records and incident logs.

E. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).

• Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs, and material consumption records.

• Report delays, issues, or deviations to the Project Manager.

3. Required Qualifications

Education

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (as applicable).

Experience

• 1–5 years of site execution or project supervision experience.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

4. Technical Skills

• Knowledge of site execution, drawings, BOQ, and measurements.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.

• Understanding of safety norms and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
